CANCELLATION POLICY

Services Cancellation Policy: A 48-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments. As a courtesy, confirmation is made 48-hours in advance via email and text. Due to an unfortunate increase in "no-shows" and last minute cancellations, a credit card AND reservation fee is required to hold your reservation. If last minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, Collective Belleza reserves the right to charge the full cost/100% of the reservation cost for the cancelled service(s) to your credit card. Cancellation fees are as follow for services ONLY: 48-Hours or more advance notice = no fee. Less than 48-hours notice = 100%/full charge of reserved service(s). No notice given (no show) = 100% charge of reserved service(s) fee. By confirming your appointment online or over the phone, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment/service at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and the above fee schedule will apply. Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and ONLY transferable ONCE if a 48-hour notice is given; otherwise, a new deposit/reservation fee is required. Training Cancellation Policy. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE. If rescheduling, a new deposit is to be paid. If cancelling, deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE Training cancellation fees are as follows: Less than 1 week = 80% of training cost(s). No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved training(s). If you are more than 30 minutes late to your training, a late fee of $50 will be charged per 30 mins late. The time will need to be added to complete the training and quality for a certificate of completion. The information you learn during trainings is vital and can affect the services you’re intending to offer, and Collective Belleza LLC is NOT liable of any missing information due to tardiness and refusal of late fee payment.
