CANCELLATION POLICY
Collective Belleza LLC – Cancellation Policy Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies: Notice Requirement: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Reminders: As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent via email and text 48 hours in advance. However, it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. Reservation Requirements: Due to a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, a credit card and reservation fee are required to secure your booking. Cancellation & No-Show Fees: 48+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the reserved service(s) fee will be charged. No-show (no notice given): 100% of the reserved service(s) fee will be charged. Important: Cancelling with short notice or not showing up for a scheduled appointment does not allow enough time to offer the time slot to another client, resulting in a direct loss for Collective Belleza LLC. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and the full fee will apply. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule, but full payment for the original service will still be required. Reservation Fee: The reservation fee is non-refundable. It is transferable only once, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. If proper notice is not provided, a new reservation fee will be required for rebooking. By confirming your appointment—whether online, via phone, or in person—you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. Training Cancellation Policy To maintain the integrity and quality of our training programs, the following policy applies: Deposits: All training deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If rescheduling is required, a new deposit must be paid to secure a new date. Training Cancellation Fees: Less than 1 week’s notice: 80% of the total training cost will be charged. No-show (no notice given): 100% of the total training cost will be charged. These fees are in place because short notice cancellations or no-shows leave us unable to rebook the time slot for another trainee. This results in a direct loss for Collective Belleza LLC, as significant time, resources, and preparation are allocated in advance for each training session. Late Arrivals for Training: Arriving more than 30 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee per 30 minutes. Additional time must be added to ensure the training is completed in full and a certificate of completion can be issued. Failure to pay the late fee may result in incomplete training, and Collective Belleza LLC is not responsible for any missed content due to tardiness. The knowledge and techniques taught during training are essential to the services you intend to offer. By confirming your training date and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
