Hello and welcome! My name is Lupe Aramburo, and I’m a licensed Esthetician with over seven years of experience in the beauty industry. From a young age, I’ve always loved taking care of my appearance, getting ready was never just a routine; it was a form of self-care and expression. That passion for beauty and attention to detail naturally evolved into what I do today. When I decided to start my business in 2019, I knew I wanted to do something that brought me joy and allowed me to help others feel confident in their own skin. I began by offering lash lifts, and shortly after, earned my certification in lash extensions. As my skills grew, so did my curiosity, that is when I soon expanded my services to include brow artistry, and eventually discovered my passion: skincare. Over time, I realized that I genuinely love all the services I offer equally, lashes, brows, and skincare, because together they create a complete, effortless beauty experience. Each service plays an important role in helping us look and feel beautiful in our own skin, and I take pride in offering treatments that complement one another perfectly. After personally witnessing how consistent professional treatments and quality products transformed my own skin, I became dedicated to offering results-driven facial treatments that prioritize long-term skin health and visible improvement. At Collective Belleza, I use only safe, high-quality products and procedures to ensure every client receives the best possible care in my treatment room. My goal is simple yet meaningful, to provide beauty services that make your nights endless and your mornings effortless. Beauty has always been my passion, but it took time and exploration to discover exactly what I wanted to offer. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Collective Belleza, all appointments are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure a personalized and timely experience. We value your time and ask that you value ours in return. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Show Appointments Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments may require prepayment to secure the booking. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Late arrivals that can be accommodated may result in a shortened service time. Authorization and Agreement By booking an appointment with Collective Belleza, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. You authorize Collective Belleza to charge the credit card on file or the payment method used to book your appointment for the applicable fee described above. This fee represents a reasonable estimate of the loss incurred when an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, as the reserved time cannot typically be filled on short notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will review exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
